FRESH WATER PUMP,

I have the same problem with my 99 628 islander no pressure for the galley sink and sounds like the pump wants to run when I turn on the galley sink. are there two pumps? One for each.
The shower and head sink all work well and the pump runes.

Yes. Single pump accessible under inside top step.

unscrew the head on the sink faucet, its probably clogged.

REMOVED THE HEAD AND NOTHING. REMOVED THE HANDLE PART OF SPICKET SO ONLY THE HOSE WAS IN MY HAND AND TURNED ON THE WATER ITS A MIRACLE PUMP CAME ON AND EVERYTHING WORKED A LOT OF SLIME CAME OUT AT FIRST THEN ALL IS WELL.
Is there anything you can use in the water tanks to rid the scum or just put bleach in the tank???

Has anyone installed a 1000 layman windlass anchor in their 268 Islander and will this work some say you might need a different windlass

I installed a Lemar 750 Pro Fish on my Islander. Works well.

Those faucets are prone to getting hung up after layover. Prob freed it up.
