An annual signup with Seatow will solve the wife issue, not the filters !.

Seatow or BoatUS is something you never want to use but it's good to have. It's too late now but you get raked over the coals for a tow without a policy. Don't feel bad my wife hated the boat for a while too.

OMC is another brand (Mercury, Yamaha,....) if you have a Mercury or Yamaha they have the same filter dimensions, if you have a Johnson or Evinrude they have the same filter dimensions.

Yeah, I'll have to go out a few times myself to build up some confidence before taking the family out again.

My engine is a Johnson.
