Fuel to rich on motor

Grady 209 Escape My 2006 Yamaha 225 four stroke txr is missing and plugs are getting too much fuel right side of motor if looking from the back any ideas new plugs timing dead on new o rings on injectors fuel hits this side first coming into motor

You, or a shop, need to troubleshoot the problem with a YDIS connector from Yamaha. A stationary test should tell you if you have a bad coil and most other problems should be logged in the ECM and can be read with the YDIS and a laptop.

Modern electronic fuel injected 4 strokes can't be tested using older methods or you'll wind up throwing a lot of parts and money at the problem.
