My new to me, 1989 206 Overnightner had a gas smell when we were out fishing today. Only 3rd time out with it. Tomorrow I'll open up the floor hatch, but wondering in a worse case scenario, how difficult it is to replace the tank. I assume its 1- 80 gallon tank. Hoping its just a fill hose.....thanks in advance

Sounds like you are at the time frame where this is a likely action. The decks come up on some boats, on others you may have to cut out sections and re-glass. Depends on the boat you have. Fairly simple with usually two tanks, two fuel fills, wiring for the gages and smaller fuel lines that run to the switche(s) for fuel, filters and engines. Access will be the biggest challenge.
