Gauge and Switch Panel Seals?

Sometimes they also stock it at Home Depot. The trick is finding an adhesive that will stick to the seal AND the panel if the seal is not peel and stick

I wouldn't worry about trying to get the exact same seal - that just happened to be what Grady chose to use. Other styles will work just as well. As noted, you should be able to find it locally. Mcmaster Carr is another excellent source with many options.

Something like this would work. Many out there. I think the adhesive is really there to place it. Once you screw the panel down the compression force will hold it in place. The biggest thing is keep water out, keep the weathing strip in place and eliminate vibration/noise.
