Golight Connections

I have a Golight wired remote spotlight on my Marlin. The connection plugs under the helm are suspect. I've tried to clean them everyday I can think. Now it is time for a solution to an off/on spotlight. When I want to see a dock at night, I don't need to squeeze a connector just right.

Here is what I'm going to use. I have the crimper from other projects so it was a matter of ordering a 9 pin set.

Looks like good quality parts. If the connectors have a rubber seal then you should be good for a long time.

I know what you mean when you talk about having to fiddle with something like that when lots of things are going on at a critical time. Can make for having to dig out the buffer and compound once at home.
