Does anyone know where to find replacement cup holders for a 2006 208. The cupholders that go on floor next to the toe rail piece. It is basically just a piece of starboard screwed in. I would like to find them or the size and make some.

Since it's made out of HDPE to fit a specific spot then it sounds like that was something Grady made in-house. Other than getting lucky and finding a used one somewhere, you're only option is going to be through a Grady dealer... and you may have to call around to a bunch of them to see if anyone has one on the shelf. Possibly a dealer can order a new one through Grady... IF Grady will build a new one for you... but be sitting down before you hear the price 
On the other hand... if you're set on using that area for a cupholder, go ahead and take the measurements and make it how YOU want it - there's zero reasons it has to be the way Grady originally made it. You can likely improve upon it. For example, maybe you only need to build something basic - just enough to drop an over-the-counter SS cupholder in a hole.

Thanks for response. I am thinking of getting the material pre-cut from boatoutfitters and making them myself. The originals broke. I tried JB welding them. They broke again. So I removed them. And now my daughters are complaining they don't have their favorite cup holders! (lol) so I can make some for them. Anything to keep my girls happy.......

Seasick. Have a look at pics. The cup holder is right next to fish box and toe rail. Best pics I could find.

In regard to making them or trying to fix the old ones, note that HDPE like Starboard does not glue well at all. Most assemblies you see made from HDPE use screws to hold pieces together.
There are some adhesives that supposedly will work, but I had no luck with them.
Perhaps other can comment as to whether they have the same holders. I am not sure they were factory since it seems like they block access to that deck plate.

It may fit, you have to measure. It doesn't fold though.

Yes. The cup holder screws in. Found a better pic. I am going to fabricate one myself with 1/2 inch starboard

Not sure how much the starboard costs, though it seems like it's something that could likely be done quite easily on your own, but I found a couple of products that also might work. Depending on what it costs to buy, as well as your time involved, even the second option at $17 a piece might be less money and time spent, if it'll fit. Either way, good luck!
