Grady 208 drain path for bulkheads behind fish boxes

I had a leak on the forward thru hulls that drain in front of the chairs on a Grady 208. Just got repaired and bit now I'm still seeing water when I look into the inspection plates on either the left or right fish boxes/cooler compartment. Its pooling right above the foam. My question is how do those bulkheads behind the fish boxes drain? The fuel tank runs down the middle and has its own bulkhead.

That area may not drain by design. I am not sure but normally there isn't water in there, so maybe no need to drain. I would use a wet vac to suck out as much as possible and leave the access plate open to try and dry out the space. It is pooible that there was water from your thu hull leak and it just sat there. You might also want to verify that the fix is working and drain water is not leaking into the bilge area. To do so, put a stopper in the outside drain hole and fill the locker with water. Mark the level and let it sit for a while. Assuming the outside plug is stopping all flow, the level in the locker should not go down. If it does, you still have a leak.

I had/have an issue with water making it's way into the glove box and making it's way in between the cabin bulkhead, I saw water in the front right access panel by the drivers feet, I know the area you reference is in same area (water from front access plate area would likely appear in the access panel you referenced). Is your cabin dry?

Forgot to mention should be dry in there, so issue is not drainage its water getting in.

By glovebox, do you mean the electronics box?
That should have a drain hole and a hose that routes any water to the deck under the helm.

The box on top of the dash with a door like a glove box (I know under my gauges drains through a hose under the steering wheel), but think I have a gap somewhere or previous owner ran wires and left a gap for water to get in. To be worked on more this winter. Only happens when it pours.
