May be a stupid question, but I want to retrofit a proper inspection port onto my Grady Drive. The access port on mine requires siliconing on each time it is removed. Has anyone discovered a plastic inspection port that has the same screw pattern as the original? the 4”I ordered from Amazon is 1/4” different screw pattern, and I hate to start drilling new holes.

thanks

Beckson makes the ports. In OEM colors too. Contact the factory direct. I ordered mine from them.

You might find that some of the original screw holes are corroded or stripped out. I purchased new white screw in covers from West Marine and drilled new holes and tapped. Came out great and the seal great. No water so far has come inside the bracket since I installed them. I used 3M4000 UV to seal the flange.
