Can some one tell me where are the live well outlets , intakes or how it works?

I believe your live well is under the hatch behind the passenger helm seat. It gets water from a through hull under the stern, and discharges through one of the 3 through hulls on the port side, right underneath it.
There is a pump somewhere between the stern through hull and the live well, probably right on top of the through hull.

No livewell on mine, notched transom variety. No factory raw water intake either, the raw water on mine was definitely an aftermarket addition (a hole through the transom and a 1/2" hose going below the waterline).

I considered converting one of the fish boxes (two fish boxes on the starboard side, two storage compartments on the port) to a livewell using that raw water port and the through hull, but then opted for a small fiberglass tank with quick release tabs instead.

A livewell was an option on this boat. Unless the original owner added/purchased this system, it doesn't have one.
