The rod holders are gone but I still have the storage rod racks. They are in OK shape. The plastic looks dried out on some of the tips and although all the bungee loops are intact, they have some cracking where they slip into the grooves in the racks themselves.

I have no clue what these are worth. Haven' been able to find replacement anywhere online. All I've seen are replacement bungees on Ebay @ $15.00 for a pair. Make a fair offer.
