I noticed a little colored corrosion on the copper steering lines on my 01 marlin. I’m thinking it may be an issue at some point and time. Has anyone ever replaced these lines with regular hoses?

Are you talking about the copper looking like the Statue of Liberty? That's called "verdigris" and it's copper's natural way of protecting itself and it doesn't pose any issues. To an extent, anyways... I think if it gets severely oxidized, then it may start to weaken the tubing. But a slight amount is no problem.

Yea very similar. It’s a bluish/green color in areas.

When it leaks, you need to replace it. For now, don't worry and don't clean off the coloring.
