HELP: Thru hulls on port side ice boxes 1988 Offshore

Anyone have a ideas how to get to these two thru hull ice box drains, port side, 1988 Offshore. I pulled out the tackle drawers and no access. Can't reach it through the round access hole. My only idea is cutting an access hole in the gas tank coffin (while tanks are still out) or the deck (need to redo non-skid anyway) than reglassing. Please give me some ideas before the saw comes out.

I had the same issue on a 2000 228 and wanted to replace that Y/ T valve/ connector but sealing it seemed to stop the leak. Taking it off and removing those hoses seemed to be near impossible

1998+ seafarer fish box drain

Trying to get the damn fish box drains out I broke one. Anyone know where to get that tapered plastic drain from before I call and bother grady Monday. The 90s were both leaking when draining and turned into a project. Can barely reach the one with the plexiglass cover. PITA
