Hey guys long time no post. I was looking to update my marine electronics and being the obvious I bought my grady to fish...I currently have a garmin 188c which isnt the largest and most advanced system, it came with the bought when it was purchased. At the boat show I saw the new Garmin GPS 740 S, anyone familiar with that one? And then i saw the raymarine E7D, which looks amazing. Anyone have any recommendations for me, I use it 90% for fishing and gps more than anything. :hmm Thanks for all the replies in advance!!

You are only limited by the size of your wallet. Lowrance has a $200 rebate through mid February on the HDS units. You can get an HDS 8 with structurescan for under $2K.

I have a Lowrance HD 10 - It has a great screen and great features - easy to use and easy to learn - I have a Sailfish and it fits in the lower helm box by an 1/8 of an inch -
