I have relatively thick fingers and hands and the inspection ports made doing the thru hulls about impossible for me, let alone trying to get the old pipe and drain out of my seafarer.
Here is what I ended up doing.
I cut a 5 inch hole with a hole saw to access everything, Just fair warning, the starboard side has gas fill/vent lines if you have the aux tank in rear I did not hit mine but try to get your hand down the access hole and pull the hoses out of your way if needed.
After the access hole was cut I was able to access everything with ease, replace the drain, hose, clamps and Thru Hull.
This pic was an in progress of glassing the hole back up and before we cleaned all the 4200 off the new drain.
