How old is "old"? Are they dry or cracked?

I used the wheel eraser. 15 minutes job.

I've done the eraser wheel also. Fairly easy, just keep it moving, avoid staying in one place too long, will burn the old blue stripe into the gel coat,,,,,,, Don't ask,,,
