Does anyone carry emergency hole plugs if so which ones do you carry for emergency

If that sea cock splits, you won't be able to plug it from the inside. In addition, the hull fitting most likely is a bronze strainer type of fitting which also can't be plugged easily.
In general, you can get an assortment of wooden plugs at a marine store. There are plastic typed that are usable for a range of hole openings.

I’m going to fix it but Still want to buy the back up plugs just to have on the boat

Problem with the GW's is you won't know until it's too late. You need a high water alarm and pay attention to the boat handling. Yes you should have something to plug hole if you can get to it in time.

Good news. I would have sworn it was toast.

I carry wood plugs and a mallet, but a 4lb cod weight will work. I also carry an orange foam plug that would fill a larger hole. Then I get down to my foam pillow and gorilla tape.

I have Another idea on a different is there any way to put a gauge on the fresh water tank on my 272 sailfish

If you want them to do any good, in that small window of time that you may have in an emergency, you should match up your through hulls with the appropriate size plug ahead of time. Tape, or tie them to the hose attached to that through hull, and then the only thing you have to find is something to drive them with. Having to search through a bag full of assorted plugs, with the water pouring in, may be too time consuming in an emergency.
