My Bennett trim tabs are not working at all. There is current to the motor because every time I push both switches to either bring both tabs up or down my battery alarm on my fish finder goes off. I also checked the fuse and replaced it to be sure too.

I have been trying to find a replacement motor and I am not having any luck. Is the motor made by Bennett?

I thought I had to replace my hydraulic pack when I sold my old boat and I search for a good price. Found these guys at around $220:

Turned out I had a bad ground wire so I did not need the pack, but these guys were great to deal with on the return. Maybe you'll be lucky and it will only be a bad ground wire! (but if your voltage is dropping, it sounds like something is seized)
