No, its from corrosion that initiated on the inside of the tank. You can certainly tell looking at the inside of the tank. Tank is very clean except that 1 spot on the forward bay. I guess that was the low spot. The boat sat unused for 1 year by the previous owner and maybe, I'm guessing, water built in that area and started havoc. At this point, I'm moving on to the reinstall an dhow to prevent the tank from sitting on the pvc drain pipe that runs thru tank compartment.
