If that is the compartment between the jump seats, I see a couple of 185’s for sale online, which have a standpipe in that compartment rather than just a drain, so my guess is yes.
Any compartment can be converted to a livewell - it's just a matter of doing the plumbing. While the theory of the plumbing is straightforward and easy, the access will probably be your biggest hurdle.
