I am considering going from my 235 to a 275 and was wondering if there are any resources that diagram actual dimensions, not just overall length and beam. Would like to be able to compare the cockpits of both boats. My local dealership doesn't have any 275s right now so I can't go check one out in person. Thanks.

The printed brochure that you can archive on the Grady website. They usually list cockpit square footage and cockpit depth in addition to beam and length. At least they have in previous years.

I did that. They just show the basic stuff right off the website. Length, beam, weight...

I'd go straight to GW CS. Tell they you are looking to buy new but need this info. My guess you'll have it in a day.

Dreaming about a bigger boat is always exciting. Been there done that. Moved from a trailerable 20 to an untrailerable 26.
Glad I did it.

There is a lot that goes with having a bigger boat and it all costs money. Twin motors, twice the fun....

3 feet in boats is a huge difference. But 275 is not wider than 235 so you are not going to get the real big change in deck space you might be hoping for.

The 235 has a molded in swim platform around the single motor. That makes it appear bigger. The 275 loses that for a twin motorwell.

275 is a trailerable 8'6" wide but its 5000 lbs without motors and gear and fuel. You got a truck for that? You got a driveway for that?

A 271 Canyon is a foot wider and another 1000 pounds. THAT would be moving up...

All very good points. The 9'6" beam on the 285 and the twin 300s is the deal maker. The 275 just wouldn't be that much of a difference from the 235.
