I recall someone had asked Grady a while back and the comment was that the seals were not user replaceable.
My windshield was leaking a lot offshore so I gave in and sealed all of the frame base on the outside with silicone. I also injected the silicone between the gasket and the windshield frame as well as any seam that looked suspect. It’s ugly because I didn’t use the windex trick but I don’t have anymore leaks...
