I am officially tired of spending money on my boat....lol

Good lord...I get it.. not new to boats.. this is like the 6th one or something like that.. let me think.. yea, 6.. heh...

Today, new fenders, a first aid kit that is not expired, new bearing covers and bearing bras, a hodge podge of small items.. last minute things to make her safe and get her ready for the water... I swear... just let me get her on the friggin water lol

I do not mind things to fix her up.. but lord.. replacing all the crap I thought I would never need again.. sheesh.. just...want...to .. float...her! heh

ok.. enough whining.. back to work!

Not a big issue... just have a couple folks I know that are itching to go fishing, but don't seem to realize the boat fairys do not show up to get it all done and paid for so they can fish... heh

Well, I will know more tonight. I am hoping all it was is an overzealous rebuild that filled the grease too tight. I have new caps and ordered the bearing bras, those will be here tomorrow.

All I need now is a 2nd new fire extinguisher. I replaced the flares, flares for the flare gun, got a flag for manual visibility, got a couple floating lights, got whistles, got a small air horn, even bought a set of navigation rules laminated, got a 3-pack of sanitation/garbage/marpol decals, just to be extra safe...4 brand new orange vets and 2 throws in the upper bag, 4 new fender bumpers...hand-held spotlight...I am going to flag down a dang CG guy/gal and ask them to please inspect me and give me a nice new sticker.. lol...

My goal, after dark, is to map out a route to 70-ish ft deep waters/rigs inside the 9 mile mark so we can try to catch some snapper. We will see.

Been a few years since I was out there, so just hoping not to get skunked... no pun intended, Skunkster

I will have the drone running and possibly live feed, if not at least videos on the return.
