Thanks again, Great advice! I had a Army friend over who works on boats in N Jersey today, he gave my transom the workout , jumping the motor up and down and it did not move, banging on the transom with with a plastic mallet, He said it is pretty solid not rottted that he can tell from what he did. But then we managed to get inside and look at it from the battery access box, yick! what a mess. Dont think there is supposed to be oil in there. Not sure but my oil tank may have a leak or someone was quite sloppy with it. He told me to remove the tank and clean out the existing oil and tank and use new oil. And replace the fuel /water filter. Said he did not like the rust stains on the inside byt he motor mounts as that could indicate some leakage but he says he does not see any reason for alarm, So I got some pictures to share with you fine folks, maybe there is something there he missed when looking. I dont know how I am going to clean out the oil but I guess I will get some degreaser and try to power wash the bildge out.

The pictures can be found here: Some are big.

I'd replace all the hoses and thru-hulls, sump pump, reseal the engine mounting bolts, and clean the bilge (you don't want bilge junk clogging the bilge pump).
