No sir. No yellow cover. No hole. I think the handle may be removable with just a single nut though. May tackle it mañana. Thanks again.

Sorry that I missed this fact but what was used to clean the bilge?
I used simple green and dawn dish soap per my lessons from the KY School...
I also used bleach . however it was sort of a side idea. one thing I read to help sticky float switches was to use bleach in the bilge and cover said float switch with it . That's what I did . Simple green though and Dawn worked well.

This post was timely for me, as I just tore this open yesterday. Need access for a complete rewire I’m doing. Going to apply the sentiment above to mine as well. It is pretty ugly back there.

I used TH Marine as well for my seacock when I added live well and washdown.
