You'll find one in the owners manual for the specific boat you are have. They are not online, so you may need to contact GW customer service if someone here can't help.

These are from my 2000 226/228 manual. Pretty sure it’s in the downloadable version on Grady whites website

Nice. I don't recall the wiring list being in the owners manual (could be wrong). The manual has pretty high level drawings like the one on the right. Between the two, you should be able to put it together.

I believe that most user manuals can be downloaded from the Grady web site. That said, the wiring diagram is somewhat generic and doesn't detail wiring harnesses. The color codes are pretty much the same for many years.
For example, a device like a pump may show a black wire which we know is a ground but the document won't tell you if that ground is shared by other devices ( in other words, spliced together somewhere. There won't be any splices in the rigging tubes but there may be splices in the bilge areas, especially for grounds.
The document wont show wiring for the motors or controls and gauges. Most of that is listed in the rigging manual.
Equipment that is not 'standard' like electronics and similar devices also won't be detailed at all

If the boat was rewired in part or totally, you can't assume that the standard color codes were used.
