I can tell you first hand that being the third owner of a almost 30 year old Grady means just one thing to Grady White, your a Grady owner!
Their customer service is old school, they promptly answer phone calls, emails, treat you with respect, answer tech questions and provide all the sales brochures and manuals free of charge for boats almost 40 years old!
Who else does that?
No one.
Did you pay $100,000 for your boat or $5,000, they don't care.
Why do they do it? Again because your a Grady owner.
To say thats refreshing is an understatement.
If I had to hazard a guess why they give support to those that own the older boats I'd say that they see the value in the boating communities awareness that there are decades old Gradys out there fishing as strong as the newer boats. That says something.
