Marlin owners or 30 / 33 express .... which tank ?

Curious as to which gas tank you pull from first when running an offshore trip ? Midship or the one closest to the stern, Why/thoughts ?

I run them concurrently. Each engine on separate tank. Figure that way I'll always be adding fresh fuel to each. The last time I ran to the canyons, we had so much other extra gear/supplies on board, I'm not sure it would really make a difference in trim.

Just like the security of knowing the fuel is good in both tanks.

330. Same. One engine from each tank. Provides reliability and redundancy just like aircraft always do!

Ditto, also if you have an issue with fuel, hopefully find on out on one motor.

Same here. I treat them as one tank and drain them down simultaneously. I just fill them both at the same time at the fuel dock.

I typically only use the rear tank for long trips. In those cases I will burn the rear tank off first as the boat will perform better with less weight in the back. When I fish locally there is no reason to carry all that extra fuel around.

300. I used to burn the aft tank first, but now I run them concurrently.

I start with reserve and we usually use about half to get to canyon and the. I switch to main and use throughout the day and to head home. I don’t think it really matters as I have plenty of fuel in my 330.

Thank you all for the input. Running concurrently seems to make sense to me to keep the gas fresh. Last thing I need is to have to put one more thing on the remember list
