There are several choices but to make things easier for the install, you need to know your current size, both outside and insert cutout. The depth is important also to accommodate the enclosure and connections.
I assume your current stove is 120v.

You may see pretty inexpensive stove tops on Amazon or eBay but remember you get what you pay for. Most of the less expensive options are not well made and more importantly not suited to a marine environment
