MAYBE YOU could take some pictures and then after Grady White fixes the boat you could post before and after pictures?

Pushing up on the stern rub rail and having it move up "vertically" is not flex in the transom. If that is what is really happening then the upper deck deck screws must be missing and you are actually moving the transom deck... but even moving that 3" would require one heck of a lot of strength. I agree with the others... I think you are not exlaining your problem clearly enough for us to grasp it. What ever it is ... good luck getting a fix... I'm sure Grady will make it right.

GW called me this morning and said the boat is moving slightly on the rack. My fault for not having someone look while I was pushing up on Rub Rail. This explains why the Bow of the boat did not move.....it's an illusion from a single point of perspective. Still my fault.

this is exactly what happens when you read all the gw trashing on tht: you start believing it yourself. :D

i don't think anyone would blame you for getting worked up; it is counterintuitive that you could actually move a boat while in its rack. i'm very happy that everything worked out, now on to planning your spring time projects. ron

Glad to hear, if it was true, nothing out of Grady HQ could ever fix this one!

Thanks ElyseM! GW couldn't have been nicer in explaining I lacked super human strength.
