Any suggestions besides removing anchor on mooring whip chafe on plow anchor 30 Marlin w/pulpit....
New whip has anti chafe sleeping added....

Huh? Can you read back through what you wrote? It's hard to understand what you're saying.
Mooring line chafing on Anchor, added anti chafe sleeve but will eventually cut through.

Ah, OK. Makes sense now.

How about a heater hose (like from a car/truck)? Get the size you want from Autozone. Split it longitudinally so it's easy to slip over the whip, then use zip ties to secure (or a hose clamp). Cheap, very durable, easy to replace.

I had the same issue on my ‘04. I took off the roller that went under the platform, put a simple roller on top of the platform (still using the slot) and it raised the anchor enough that it doesn’t chafe.
