You are a generous man! Looks like I'll hold onto them till someone else has the need.
Members message me if you need the tool and I'll send it out.

The set going to Boats is for 1.250” OD tubing. I have the 1.000” tools also if needed.
My 19’ Tourney has two 1.000” in the splashwell and two 1.250” for deck scupper drains.

Truthfully, you're better off (my opinion, anyways) getting the plastic two-piece ones that just snap together - TH Marine. They'll last just as long and assembly/disassembly is easier. "Freshen up" the wood core and paint it a bunch of times with resin - making sure it soaks in real well.

I'm sure I'm the exception, but the 2 piece wouldn't work for me. Drain holes were not drilled straight. I don't think there would have been any way to get them to look right.

They're somewhat flexible because they're plastic - but, yeah, that's strange that the holes are off enough for you to take notice.

I had a hell of a time getting the dies to work on the brass. I ended up needing a hammer and punch to finish them.

I got tired of brass - I used fiberglass tubing and 5200. Hopefully, I won't need to ever worry about water getting into the transom from compromised drain tubes!
