Moving motor flusher

Clark, did you buy a hose barb adapter in the garden hose section, or just a threaded pipe nipple? The first link shows a connector with both, to attach a hose to a pipe. You can see the difference in threads. The second shows the proper hose-to-hose connector. If you have the right connector, try replacing the washer with a new one, or even double stacking the washer.

Thanks for the info, I think this is what I bought at Home Depot (3/4 MHT brass coupling) in the garden center. Do you think that this is a pipe connector which should work on a garden hose? Description does say fits MOST garden hoses what ever that means.

I have a 01 330, Im in the middle of this right now. I mounted a hose connection on the transom. Everything is inside the boat. I used a Tee to feed both motors, used 3/4 hose for flow, stepped down to 3/8 to fit in the rigging hose. I put check valves in so when the engines are running water cant go from one motor to the other. Im going to tee into the motors flushing hose so I could use the original set up if needed. The hose connection is the far left one.

I'm not familiar with your model GW but I am curios what the nice little recessed tray was intended for from Grady and where is it located. The close-ups can't get me tuned in.

It’s a 330 express. The compartment is port side rear battery compartment. It has a drop in plastic box also. Spot may have been used for oil fills for the 2 strokes in the early years not sure.
