Bids were $2600 to $4500 The shipper I chose was $2780+$200 to USHIP FEE'S+$200 for added insurance, Then I tipped the driver $400 A little much but my trailer lost a wheel bearing and the driver really came through for me.
That’s a pretty decent price. I think the reason for it being more expensive for me is that it was another couple hundred miles from one location to the other. That and at the time it seemed like they had so many people available that they could charge ridiculous prices for whatever. I’m guessing with everything currently going on that shipping companies are probably fighting for customers.
