So after a few failed attempts trying to rid the boat of dry wood termites, and failing, I had to resort to having it tented and fumigated. I tried to make sure my friendly tree frog was not hiding in it, but I imagine all life that was still left is certainly dead. I will be glad to have this behind me, time to get back to enjoying the water.

Just did my house last July. Termites are the devil.

Nice gloss on that hull.

I've never seen a twin engine seafarer. That thing must really scoot with 280 hp of 2 stroke!!

It's a little hot rod, but fuel consumption is the killer. The V-4's have some serious torque out of the hole, and I have seen 46 mph at 5,000 rpm with more to go. I just try and keep the abuse to a minimum since you rarely see these old outboards still in use, and I need them to last for a while longer.
