The last three boats I owned were un-named. I'm thinking of Boaty McBoatface. My wife says no.

When I bought my first boat, it had a name. I asked the seller what the importance of the name was and during that conversation, he mentioned how much he paid for the artwork. I was new to boating and hadn't yet learned that anything 'boat' costs three times as much as it should:). I decided that the money could be better spent on other equipment, so the name stays to this day.

99% of boaters name their boat. I'm the other 1%.

No pics, our then 15 year old son named our 18' Grady "Time Release". Kept that for the 23 we bought last year.

I told my wife that when I got a boat I was going to name it after her. At the time she thought that was cool. When she saw the name CRAZY LADY I don't think that was what she had in mind.
