I need the seastar part number for grady-white part number 15-275. It is a 330 express 4' foot hydraulic bulkhead hose that is labeled seastar pro 4 feet. Thanks in advance.

I had my 4' section go this year. First breakdown at sea in my 13 years with this boat. The bad thing is any hydraulic leak will impact steering to both outboards. I had to use the binnacle to steer coming in and around the marina. There are a couple of different versions. One has the stainless bulkhead and one has the black plastic. Got it from seatech. The latter is HO204 and the former is 8704.
Once replacing you should be able to install fluid and bleed from the helm. Just slowly work the steering side to side and through the entire range of turning. I didn't have to touch the bleed screws.

one bad thing.... the port side on my boat uses a 7' hose. Seastar only offers 6 and 8' ers to the public. The 7' is for GW special.
will have to deal with a bit more hose down below. Curious if yours blew where the over mold strain relief ends. Mine rubbed there over the years and the contact weakened the hose.

You'll need a seastar hydraulic kit and a couple of quarts of hydraulic oil. The kit is basically a hose that has the male fitting on it to connect to the fill at the helm and the other end connects to the bottle of hydraulic fluid. You can get it on Amazon. You need this to enable you to hang the quart of fluid like an IV to feed the system.
