I have seen this boat on Craigslist for several months. It has been reduced periodically. It is on there now for $17,500. I bought a 248 a couple of months ago. I would invest in a survey to determine the condition of the transom, floors, fuel tank(s) etc.It looks like a pretty decent boat. Let me know if I can shed any light on anything else.

20+ year hull. The usual suspects: transom wet, decking soft, fuel tanks, wiring, thru hulls if plastic...

Thanks guys. I've been watching the craigslist ad but there are a lot more pictures and info on the popyachts site. We agreed on a price and I'll be looking at getting a survey done. He says there's no issues (obviously) and no soft spots. Brass fittings have surface corrosion but can't tell if it's an issue. There's several spots with corrosion but again, I can't tell the extent without looking at it.
