New enclosure for my 228

Hookup, is the zipper at the top sewn onto a piece of kedar strip that uses the original track? If you can sew .040, might it also hold a snap, without all the fabric blocking the view at the top of the windshield? Where are you guys getting Makrolon? I would love to have a sample if you have any remnants.
We need a pic with the contact paper removed.
Here are some pictures.

This is front panel only. No side panels to give you an idea of clarity/visibility.

Side panel installed showing sun tan lotion damage. All panels just cleaned with Windex and 210.

Ignore reflections on side panel and glass. Look at the one piece front panel.

That looks really nice. I think you are going to like it a lot.

Finally saw the new enclosure last weekend, looks great. A few pics starting from the inside with the sides and fronts down, sides up, all up. It was calm all weekend on the lower Chesapeake but AM temp was about 50 warming to the mid 60's, gotta say it was really nice to have.

Are there snaps on the underside of the hard top? I was wondering what is holding the curtains out of the way when not down.

Yes, 3 snaps, one for each side and the front uses a single double side snap because they overlap when up. The sides need to bend so they don't touch the bottom of the outrigger bases, the fronts overlap a but because the windshield forms a V.
I'm going to make a storage bag for the fonts while I'm trailering and winter but otherwise the fronts and sides will stay on full time.
The canvas maker wants $1500 for bug screens so I'm going DIY with my sewing machine.
