Hi all! new member here and just recently bought my very First new to me 1992 grady white 204 Overnighter w/ 1992 175 yamaha. I’m new to the boating world and couldn’t resist the deal I found. As many other newbies mention I will be asking a bunch of question as I’m not to familiar with boats. I’m a grease monkey so learning the outboard engines shouldn’t be too difficult. The picture below is all i have of her as of now. will be updating once i clean her up and prep for the season. Thankyou all in advance!

Looks good Bookem. Good luck with it. Where do you plan on doing most of your boating/fishing?

Congrats. I have same boat. Bought new in 93. Put and hard top and cobia tower on her three years ago and a new f175 on it last month. Let me know if you have a question about anything and good luck.

Congratulations. You're gonna LOVE it!!!!

If you are new to boating, I would suggest a Boating Safety class. You will learn things you didn't think you needed to know. They are available usually at little or no cost and well worth the time.

Good Luck!

thanks for the love guys. i will be taking a safety course, just waiting for a free class to be available in my area. I'm also in the process of overhauling the trailer brake system. Need to go through the boat to make sure all is in operating condition. here's a few pics of what she looks like at the moment.

Nice Grady. Love the layout of this model. Congrats! Time to break out the compound to get rid of the scum line. She looks too good to splash without a good compound and waxing. Enjoy!
