I hav3 a 2018 236 Fisherman. It has the standard leaning post without the extra livewell. I do not like the leaning post the way it is. Is it possible to replace the flip up bolster type seat for the Llebroc seats w/ armrest?

Yes, definitely make it comfortable for you, in order to get the most enjoyment out of the boat. Do you plan to take the project on yourself?
Might want to replace with the upgraded leaning post with the livewell. That's what we have on my 236, and honestly we never ever considered getting the standard leaning post like you have. I enjoy our seats.

Llebroc are super good to work with and make great seats. Give them a call after reviewing options on their website. You may want to find a narrow seat to give you room or not...
Might have to review the floor where you are installing and potentially use a mounting plate or backer plate. Hopefully you have access.
