Thanks.........it's 1/4" plexiglass.
I actually found it locally here on Long Island....guy gave me a pc for free, the backing was stuck on, I was able to scrape it off the small pc w/ no problem.

And I found a good source for the switches/fuse holders on ebay.

That looks good also, I was wondering whether to use plexiglass or starboard or aluminum. Starboard was my first choice, but some people say it shrinks. I would think that a thick pc would do fine.

Whenever, I get around to tackling the project, I`ll post pics

Someone on here used a local trophy shop to make a panel. They engraved the labels and everything. Not sure what it cost, but it looked sweet.

If you go to a local trophy shop with a laser they should be able to cut out a panel for you custom fit. It will look like it came from the factory.
They should be able to laser out the holes for the switches and wording.
My son did mine for my flush mount 4208 Garmin
They should have a color you want and are UV resistant.

The engraver should be able to make the cuts also if he has the right laser. The custom lettering will look great!
OFFSHORE and NOTHING ELSE both of those look great.
