So.... after about 5 month, I took the plunge on my first Grady after owning 3 Mako’s. I’m looking forward to my new boating experience. I know darn near everywhere to find old Mako parts, but need some help finding older Grady parts. In particular looking for the arm rest replacements, and wouldn’t like to find replacement striping and decals. Otherwise, the boat is in very good condition.

If you folks could provide me with some good sites to visit, I would love your help.

Forget the arm rests replacements, do a search here, very expensive if you can find them. Someone used a small sock and it actually looked good. I believe the dealer has the striping. I just took mine all off and I'm replacing it with a different color. I ordered it from Boat US website. Good luck with the Seafarer, I was in a 5 month search too and finally pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago on a 2006--226. Looking forward to splashing it in a week or so, the Stripers are starting to run the Hudson River.
PS- Sold an 87 Mako 17 too. Where are you located?

When I rent a place in LBI, I usually bring the boat. Had the Mako in Haglers for 2 weeks 2 years ago on our first ride out of the marina, my wife asked me if there are any sharks in the bay, not 30 seconds later a big fin swam by the boat!. I said I think we need a bigger boat!
