I picked up my new trailer last weekend and am excited to own my first new trailer that I will not have to work on for awhile. I know it is a venture and have heard the good and bad, but for the amount I will be using it I could not justify the extra expense and this will fit my needs perfect. The boat is currently on jack stands and I am going to have the hauler move it to the water, I am wondering if anyone knows the distance they have set between their bunks for a 1999 272. It looks like the keel will be close to the crossmembers and am thinking they will have to be closer than I think to raise the boat high enough to clear them, but maybe not since they are shaped to accommodate this. I also have the front target bunks. The dealer told me to have about 300lbs young weight also, so the boat will not be pushed too far forward to make this happen. Just figured some people here might guide me in the right direction to prevent a longer trial and error process.
Thanks
Andrew
