The last couple of weeks I was noticing pieces of ruting flaking metal near the sterm of my 2004 Sailfish. After poking around I found that it was coming from behind the bolsters. The brackets that GW had installed the bolsters with had totally disintemtegrated. They were so badly corrioded they were actaully imbedded in the fiberglass. You would think they would have used a high grade stainless. Most of the time I think GW actually does quality to excess. No excuse for using metal brackets like this though. Anyone had similar experience?
