I have a 2018 Fisherman 236, with Yamaha 300. I am not getting any oil pressure reading on the Command Link display. Motor runs fine, no ala4ms or anything. Any ideas, everything else on the display works fine.
Also what is needed to display engine info on my Garmin 1242xsv?

Thanks

I'd shoot Sim Yamaha an inquiry. Could be a wire, the gage, sensor or ... Might have to take a shot at something.

There are two ways to get your engine data on your Garmin. One utilizes Nema, 2000 and you will need that network to connect to a multi hub from the command link or command link plus. The other is directly to a J1939 port on your MFD again with an adapter cable from the command hub to the J1939. It is not difficult. Essentially you will need an open device port on your command, link multi hub and use an adapter cable to either go to a Nema 2000 network if you have one or directly J1939. The benefit of using the J1939 port is that you can get the emulation of the Yamaha gauge either CL5/7 since Garmin makes the gauges for Yamaha newer motors.
