Does anyone know the part number for a replacement livewell pump in an 05' 273? It's going to have to be ordered and I'd rather not pull up deck until I have a replacement. I don't have acces to the owners manuals at the moment and there are so many to choose from, I'll never pickt the right model. Gotta get back out on the rockfish with the quickness!!!

It looks like a lot of guys are recommending switching over to shurflo's... Any thoughts? Part numbers?

Should I replace the washdown pump while I have the deck pulled? I know it'll go when I put the boat in next April... Any specific part numbers for it?

If I have to yank em to get part numbers, so be it... I just thougt I'd ask to see if anyone had the info.

Thanks!
Kevin

fech,

First contact GW and get the manufacturer and model they are currently installing. I changed mine earlier in the year in the 06 Marlin it was a Shurflo Bait Stnery 1100. It is a very easy swap out. Go online and shop around. I beleive this is where I ended up getting mine.

I just replaced the livewell pump on my 05 Gulfstream. It was a Shurflo Piranha 1100 gph. I was able to purchase the motor without the housing for $29.00. It was very easy to change one screw and connect the wires with crimp connectors.

I replaced a fresh water pump this year. It was a Shurflo and I ordered the 'same' Shurflo model. Everything was identical EXCEPT for the mounting screw holes. I had to seal the old ones and drill new ones. It was not a big deal although working in the tight space was a pain. The good news was that since I had to drill new holes, I was able to move it a bit to make a little more room to get at my water separator filter.
