Im thinking no transom tie downs and no safety bow clasp attached. Which is weird for it looks like a newer boat which should have it there and be accessible. Maybe something else more stranger happened??

My thinking exactly! And probably had to stop suddenly not a good situation

No straps, roller trailer, sudden stop, truck stops first trailer jackknifes and boat slides off sideways. It's a Grady a cut and polish will fix it!
