panda genset relays

panda genset relays blow out regularly. what is causing this; anyone?
the HELLA relay # he66134. are they defective? is there a low voltage or grounding problem?

One relay is for the fuel pump the other is your starter relay. Which one burns out? I've never had one go. I've replaced the 25 amp fuse a couple of times for various reasons.

I will tell you that if you call Panda 800 508 6494 ask for Bob in customer service, they're the best. He has helped me through some major issues and have always managed to repair it myself with his help on the trouble shoot. They keep a folder on every unit..

Yup, Finally... Long story.. Anyway now I have 2 new long blocks, new lower end, new head, replaced 2nd head gasket, replaced wire harness. new flywheels (recall) I think thats it. Going on a 1000 mi trip starting this week..Hope these 350's hold up this time! I know everyone thinks they're great, just can't prove it by me...

I've written letters to all to try to get some relief.
