I have a 2003 Release, updating a few things. The rod locker hardware( the parts you can lock up). Scupper valve replacements, just the rubber part. Just the side scuppers, not the back. One more thing, what size shaft are on these? I measured the transom and got 29. Thank you.

Both of those first two things should be relatively easy to source. In addition to what Glacier linked to, it's an easy thing for your local marina to get for you. Or look at online sources (just do a quick search - there's plenty). Pictures would help with the latch, but look at a company like Attwood or Southco and see if you can match it up.

What shaft are you talking about and what kind of measurement is "29"?

Measure from the underside of the ventilation plate to the underside of the mounting bracket that would rest on the transom cap. I doubt it is 29. Could be 30 but that is much less common. If you measured to the prop shaft, that measurement is too long and you probably have a 20 inch shaft.
The model number of the motor will tell you what the shaft length is ( or was when manufactured. You need to lookup the model codes to get the details.
